We want to offer you a sophisticated complete solution.

One of the most important aspects here is that we do not differentiate between the display-technologies.

Whether you want to use an LED video wall, a large screen wall (consisting of several screens), single screens or a combination of these technologies, we control everything uniformly! It has the advantage that you have to create the content only once and then display it on all devices. This simplifies your work and gives you enormous flexibility.

 

   

| LET US ASSUME THE FOLLOWING SITUATION |

 


"A home improvement store would like to present its advertisements digitally in the future. They want to use videowalls and screens instead of posters and billboards. Within a market they would like to install one screen per department in order to display specific advertising and information. In the entrance area they would like to have a large videowall - consisting of four or nine screens - to inform the customer about current offers. A LED video wall shall be attached to the facade so that passers-by can also be reached. Depending on the location one of our free-standing  LEDvertise® products shall also be installed on the parking lot or on the street."


 
This will eliminate the need for monthly printing, mailing and installing of poster and banner for each location. In addition the solution offers further advantages.

Our technology makes it possible to adapt advertising and information to the audience in a targeted manner.

Thus the typical customer in the morning rather is a professional - for example the craftsman, who lacks material or tools on the building site. In the afternoon the clientele consists of private persons who are looking for plants and material for the garden, while in the evening mostly hobby craftsmen are on the move who need smaller spare parts for the household.

Using our software three campaigns can be created for this case, each of which will be scheduled. They will be created and planned by the marketing department. To facilitate administration, displays can be combined into logical groups. For example per market, per department, per city and per region. If required, spots can be added spontaneously to ongoing campaigns at any time, or the campaign can be changed or replaced by a new one. This can be individually controlled for display groups or single devices.

   

| HOW DOES IT WORK? |
 

The basis of our solution is the Signage Server. All media such as images, texts, animations and videos are stored on this server, as are all spots and campaigns. The signage server has a web interface and can be accessed via internet by all authorized users - constantly and everywhere.

Each display has its own intelligence. Depending on the type of device these are internal or external display computers developed by us, which are equipped with our software and thus constantly connected to the signage server via mobile, WLAN or network cable. The content is shown on the display computer. This means that network connection is only required when new data needs to be transmitted.

If a campaign or a spot has to be updated, the display computer receives the command to download the new data from the server via a encrypted line. The existing content continues to run until the download process is completed. Interruptions or black displays are thus excluded.

   

| USER MANAGEMENT |

 

Users and user groups with their associated rights can be managed on the server. You can assign rights for displays and display groups as well as for content such as campaigns, spots or media. That way it is easy to use a server with several users or companies.

   

| DISPLAYS |
 

Commercially available screens and LED panels are used. But due to our hardware and software each display has its own "intelligence" and shows the content independently, even if the internet connection is temporarily unavailable.

If a display receives the command to load updated or new content, this is done via a secure, encrypted internet line from the signage server. The new data is only displayed after it has been completely downloaded. "Empty displays" are thus completely avoided.

   

| MEDIA DATA BASE |
 

All content is stored in the media database on the server. These can be various images or videos but also Flash™ animations or PowerPoint™ presentations. New media can be uploaded by the user at any time.

   

| SPOT |
 

A spot is a sequence of various components from the media database. For example, it can consist of some pictures and videos. To display media on the screens, they are embedded in spots. A spot contains additional information such as position, display size, playback time and possible crossfades.

Live data can also be integrated into a spot. This can be data about weather or news from the internet. Entire web pages or information from databases can also be integrated into spots.

A campaign is a number of spots in a defined order.

   

| PLANNING |

 

Using a calendar function, spots and campaigns can be planned to the minute by defining the start and end times and specifying which displays are to be used. Displays of different types can be mixed almost randomly.

It is possible to display a spot simultaneously on an LED video wall, a large screen wall (consisting of several screens) and single screens. Possible differences in resolution and aspect ratio are converted by the client software and the image is scaled or cut out depending on the setting. If the spot or campaign is shorter than the running time, it is repeated in an endless loop as often as necessary.

It is possible to insert another spot into an ongoing campaign or spot at any time - for any period of time without interrupting it.
